Chimneys is the premiere location on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to host your special party, whether it is casual or black tie. We provide the best in Southern charm for your rehearsal dinner, intimate wedding reception, bridal luncheon, family/class reunion, anniversary/birthday party or any other event.

We offer private rooms for parties ranging from 2 to 40. You may also book the entire second floor for parties of up to 75. Accommodations can be made for groups larger than 75, or for those who wish to have our house to themselves!

Please peruse our special "party" menus. We have selected some of our most popular items for our Special Luncheon Menus, as well as for our Special Evening Menus. Please note that dinner is served all day on Sundays - so the Special Evening Menus will apply for any Sunday daytime parties. We also have Appetizer Platters available.

Our pastry chef will be glad to create an elegant Chimneys cake for your event. Pricing for our cakes is dependent upon the number in your party - $4.00 per person for parties of 20 or less, $3.00 per person for larger groups. We can also help you organize special floral arrangements to suit your needs!

As always, if you don't see what you are looking for, we would be happy to customize a menu to suit your tastes. Our special menus are inclusive of sales tax and gratuity. Custom menus, or special items, will be subject to the addition of the Mississippi 7% sales tax and the 20% gratuity for parties upstairs.

Our Queen Anne style home offers three unique private settings for your special event. Our Purple Lantern Room (dedicated to our home's former owner Mary Jo Sternberg) is perfect for an intimate get-together suiting two to twelve guests.

Our Upper Veranda with its breathtaking views of the front facade's stately oaks and the Mississippi Sound can accommodate up to 24 people. Parties with guests numbering up to 16 can be seated at one long table. However, parties from 16-24 will be seated at separate tables of four, six or eight.

For your larger parties, our White Room accommodates 36 people. Parties up to 26 can be seated together at one table. Larger groups will consist of tables of six or eight.

The room fee for the Purple Lantern Room is $25, the Upper Veranda is $150 and the White Room is $50. If you would like to book the whole upper floor the facility fee is $225.

Our entire restaurant is also available for private bookings starting at $1000 (the fee will vary depending on the time of year and day of the week). There will also be a strict minimum number of guaranteed guests.

We do not have a lift or an elevator. If someone in your group is unable to negotiate stairs, you may wish to consider hosting your party on our main floor.

For parties of 10 or more reserving a private room we require that the guaranteed number of guests be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
